Mark Blakeslee has served on the board for several years now, first as the treasure, followed as President for several years, and most recently as Board Member. While on the board, he organized the search for a new management company that led us to select Casa Bella, as well we created and maintains the Plum Creek web page, Facebook page, and email list.
Mark’s goal on the board is to build a plan that preserves and enhances the value of our investments through community upkeep and improvements that all will benefit from. He bought his property in 2005 and knows how great Plum Creek is and knows we can do even greater things if we begin to communicate and hold each other accountable for the success of the community.
Professionally, Mark works as an Integration Architect for SiteOne Landscape Supply, working with a variety of companies and personalities to help ensure their success.
I have been in Plum Creek just over nineteen years. I am a professionally CAD Designer with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration, also Certificates in Computer Programming and Auto CAD.
The greatest strength is my extensive experience working with a multitude of different people, problems, and environments background. I am able to meet the challenge of responding effectively to any type of situation, personality, or behavior that is presented to me.
I intend to continue to utilize these strengths toward the betterment and continued improvement of our neighborhood, capitalizing on the solid framework already in place and adapting to our future needs. I am interested to improve property value with, protect our community from unruly neighbors by implement rules, regulations improve property value. Being involved with a Plum Creek HOA will put you in a better position to make and implement rules in our community. Some of these regulations will directly affect property value, especially if they require decisions about the association's budget or routine maintenance. Want to see a continued strong association, preserving the values of our homes and supporting a safe and family oriented community.
Hello, my name is Sushil Vij, currently I am one of the board member. I have a bachelor’s in Pharmacy, and I manage a pharmacy of a Hospital.
I have a spent all my time in the hospital Pharmacy profession after graduation.
Last year we have done lots of improvement in our community and would like to continue to do so. We will be focusing on upgrading pool furniture, pot holes and landscaping.
We need support of our community to take care what is needed, with all your support we can create a safe and friendly community.
Denise Handlon has been a co-owner since 2006. She became a Board Member in 2022, after retiring as a Registered Nurse of 35 years. She has been on various work and community related committees and organizations.
Denise is currently serving as Board President.
